Grilled Honey Balsamic Chicken

Total Time 25 minutes
Yield 4 servings

Here’s What You Need:

  • Chicken Seasoning
    • 2 lbs chicken breasts boneless and skinless
    • 1 tsp olive oil
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper
    • 1/2 tsp paprika
    • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • Honey Balsamic Marinade
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • 1 tsp garlic minced
    • 2 tbsp ketchup

Directions:

  • Add Chicken seasoning Ingredients to zip-lock bag with chicken breasts and toss.
  • Whisk together balsamic vinegar, ketchup, garlic and honey. pour half of the mixture in with the chicken and store half for later.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or over night.
  • Grill chicken for 3-5 minutes per side.
  • Heat set aside marinade mixture in microwave for 30 seconds and drizzle over cooked chicken.
  • Server with rice.

Chefs Notes:
These came out with a really strong balsamic flavor to them. Definitely recommend serving with steamed rice to help calm down some of the flavor. Very Tasty.
